This equiment is specially designed for cleaning and sterilizing all kinds of fresh containers of beer (including stainless steel fresh bucket and beer draft bucket). The equipment can automatically complete cleaning, disinfection and CO2 backup voltage and other procedures.

This equipment is easy to operate, by selecting switch setting and changing cleaning head, it can realize the cleaning of different fresh tubs and beer drawing tubs.

2. Main structure:
This machine is composed of frame, electrical control box, solenoid valve, pneumatic components, air flushing system and waterway system, among which there are two kinds of flushing head, one is used for cleaning stainless steel fresh-keeping bucket and the other is used for cleaning plastic fresh-keeping bucket.
3. Working procedure:
3.1 the working procedure of this machine is marked by Siemens LOGO! Time sequence control is adopted. The working procedure and time have been set when leaving the factory. Users can adjust according to their needs

3.2 the factory procedures for cleaning stainless steel fresh-keeping drums are set as follows: pressing → → clean water → → hot alkaline water → air flushing (recycling)
