PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

This machine is a rotary bottle rinsing machine, mainly used for washing bottles of beer, beverage, mineral water and other products. The contact part between the main structure of the equipment and the flushing medium, as well as the external protective cover, are all made of stainless-steel materials.

The filling valve is a mechanical valve with double guide rods aligning mechanism. It has the function of pre-cover. The liquid level in cylinder is automatically adjusted. It has the CIP cleaning function and controlled by touch screen and PLC. The whole machine adopts protective door structure.

1. Running 

Filling products, cleaning agents, compressed gases and returning gas media are delivered to the filling equipment through their respective feeding pipes and material distribution pipes.

The heights of bottle-rinsing machine, filling machine and capping machine is adjustable to suit the filling of wine bottles of different sizes within the design range.

The empty bottle is transported into the bottle-feeding star wheel by the bottle-feeding conveyor belt and then washed by the bottle rinsing machine. After washing, the empty bottle enters the filling machine and is positioned on the bottle holder of the lifting device of the filling machine. The bottle holder lifts the bottle and fits it with the filling valve by pressing. During lifting, it will check whether there is a bottle on the bottle holder. If there is a bottle, the filling process begins and liquid is poured into the bottle. If there is no bottle, the corresponding valve will be remained closed.

After filling, the bottle holder is lowered, and the bottle after filling is sent to the capping machine by the transmission star wheel of the capping machine worktable for capping. The capped bottle is transferred by the outlet star wheel to the outlet conveyor belt.

2. Drive

For the main drive, it adopts the variable frequency motor to drive the reducer through the first level belt, and then drives the whole machine to run.

The bottle fed into the machine by the bottle feeding conveyor belt is positioned at fixed intervals and conveyed into the bottle rinsing machine. The bottle is upside down by the bottle clamp, and the bottle is washed. Then the bottle is fed into the bottle-feeding star-wheel of the filling machine by an intermediate wave shape wheel. The bottle is lifted by the lifting device and positioned under the filling component by the center direction alignment.

After filling, the bottle holder is lowered and the center direction alignment rises. The bottle is sent to the transmission star wheel and then to the capping star wheel. 

After the capping process is completed, the capped bottle is conveyed to the bottle conveyor belt by the outlet star wheel.
