I. Main Structure and Properties

This machine mainly consists of the following three main systems:

Filling system - cylinder, filling valve, liquid level control device, valve opening device, valve closing device, bottle holding device.

Drive system - speed regulating motor, decelerating device, filling drive system.

Electrical control system - manual speed controller.

II. Running Process

After cleaning, the can is sent to the pull-out star wheel through the bottle chain. The empty can is pulled onto the lifting bottle holder by the star wheel, and rotates clockwise with the base of the rotary device. The bottle holder rises with the lifting cam guide rail, so the can is lifted. The opening of the can and the filling valve seat are sealed tightly, and then filling begins. The filling process can be divided into four steps: opening valve and intake gas, intake liquid and return gas, filling liquid and closing valve, and deflation gas and return to liquid level. After filling, the can is lowered to the initial height, and then the bottle is sent out along the arc-shaped plate to the bottle-feeding chain by star wheel in time and enters the sealing process. When the detection mechanism detects that the can is at the designated position, the signal is transmitted to the central control system. The control system sends out instructions, and the capping device starts to move (once a can is detected, the cylinder reciprocates for one time). The can with cap enters the capping position, and the capping position completes the capping action. Finally, the dial wheel star base sends the sealed can into the conveyor to complete the work of the equipment.
